Blooming Through Chaos

Despite the horrendous and horrific period we are living through in this country and the world, the wisdom of children and the arts, like nature, will never steer us off course. That I’m sure of.

With Mother’s Day approaching, I have to thank my daughter (and maybe a part of myself who knew before I did) for helping me to create a more balanced and empowered artist life. A life centered on healing as well as accomplishment, a life centered on community and laughter as much as rigor, and a life centered on empowering transformation for all. That is what my creative memoir Lost & Found: Finding The Power In Your Voice is about. 

As I was writing my manuscript I always knew that sharing my book through live readings would truly bring it to life. So if you have a favorite bookstore, performance center, club, gallery, community center, cafe, opera house, or music store where you think I ought to be sharing this, drop me a line.
